The residences are rented at the week of Saturday 16 H at Saturday following 9 H. During the period of low season, the periods can be shorter.The tenants must release their housing imperatively with 9 H of the morning the day of their departure.A guarantee of 100 € is requested from the tenant with his arrival.This guarantee will be returned the day of the departure after complete checking (inventory & cleanliness) of housing. If the departure of the tenant must be carried out apart from the opening hours of the office, housing will be controlled the following day and the guarantee returned by mail.

The material of housing is the subject of an inventory posted inside, that the tenant will have to check with his arrival. It will be held to replace the objects missing or deteriorated at the time of its departure. The hirer out excluded any responsibility concerning the values, effects and personal objects of the tenant. The maintenance of housing is the responsibility of the tenant throughout his stay. One is reminded that the residences must be cleaned and the refrigerator de-iced before the departure of each tenant, in the absence of what the guarantee could be retained.Possibility of final cleaning: 23 €

Our friends the domestic animals are accepted (free). Those Ci must constantly be supervised and held leaves some.

RESERVATIONS & TERMS OF PAYMENT: 25 % of installment to the reservation, balance 30 days before the arrival.
CONDITIONS Of CANCELLATION: Less than 60 days before the beginning of the stay: 10 % of the amount of the hiring. Between 60 and 31 days before the beginning of the stay: 30 % of the amount of the hiring. Less than 31 days before the beginning of the stay: 100 % of the amount of the hiring.
